Chaunda & Vince are such a sweet couple who really took their wedding flowers to the next level! The two reached out to us in January via WeddingWire to inquire about flowers for their September 29 wedding at the Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort in Blairsville. Chaunda was specifically seeking bouquets that matched the elegant and slightly glamorous look she craved.
While Chaunda was not set on any certain flowers, she did want to stick with more traditional fall colors. We collectively agreed that a classic red, bright orange, and bold yellow would make the perfect seasonal palette. Additionally, she hoped to tie in the couple’s wedding colors of plum with accents of gold. With the bridesmaids wearing Vera Wang halter-style dresses in David’s Bridal plum, it made sense to add in a few plum petals.
The bouquets featured an ultra-glam design full of silk mums, gerbera daisies, Real Touch roses, hypericum berries, ranunculuses, and Real Touch calla lilies, all in the fall shades the bride requested. Fall leaves peeked out from below the flowers, which were accented with delicate clear rhinestones that matched the trailing strands of them that hung from the ribbon-wrapped stems. Look how perfectly the flowers complemented these ladies! And Chaunda–isn’t she just glowing!
Vince and his groomsmen wore Real Touch rose boutonnieres with small hypericum berry accents. Vince pulled a red shade from Chaunda’s bouquet while the rest of the guys popped with a yellow rose that matched their partners.
